Equipment Replacement

In the event any component of your HVAC system is worn or damaged beyond repair, we will recommend systems and components from the top manufacturers. And our expert staff will install and replace equipment promptly.  We welcome you to get a second opinion or quote and would be happy to provide a free estimate. Be aware that all other companies offer equipment replacement as their first order of business and will even give estimates over the phone without even seeing the situation.

We have a different business philosophy and environmental concern. I, personally (David Evatt) believe that unnecessary equipment replacement causes more damage to the environment than stimulation to the economy. As the owner of the company, I will personally inspect the equipment that we cannot repair and give an honest assessment. There has never been a system that I cannot repair as long as the parts are available. There have been times when it has been more cost effective to replace equipment and that decision is best guided by years of experience and personal integrity.
